Booking Policy
Terms and conditions for making reservations

1. Booking Process
- •All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pinnacle Kashmir.
- •A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from our team.
- •Booking requests can be made through our website, email, phone, or in-person at our office.
- •We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion.
2. Payment Terms
- •A minimum advance of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
- •The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
- •For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
- •We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers.
3. Pricing
- •All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- •Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
- •Package prices do not include expenses of personal nature, tips, insurance, or items not mentioned in the inclusions.
- •Any increase in government taxes or levies after booking will be borne by the traveler.
4. Travel Documents
- •Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents as per government requirements.
- •For Ladakh trips, Inner Line Permits will be arranged by us (included in package cost).
- •Any delays or issues arising from incorrect or missing documents are the traveler's responsibility.
5. Changes to Bookings
- •Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- •Name changes must be requested at least 7 days before departure and may incur processing fees.
- •Itinerary modifications after confirmation may result in price changes.
