- •We reserve the right to substitute hotels or services with equivalent alternatives.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
- •Ensure you are medically fit for travel, especially to high-altitude destinations.
- •Follow instructions from guides and local authorities at all times.
- •Carry valid identification and travel documents as required.
- •Respect local customs, culture, and environmental guidelines.
4. Liability Limitations
- •We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control.
- •Personal belongings are the traveler's responsibility throughout the trip.
- •We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.
- •Maximum liability is limited to the cost of services booked with us.
5. Intellectual Property
- •All content on our website including text, images, and logos is our property.
- •Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
- •User-generated content (reviews, photos) may be used for promotional purposes.
6. Dispute Resolution
- •Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
- •Courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- •We encourage amicable resolution through direct communication before legal action.
