Cancellation & Refund Policy
Guidelines for cancellations and refunds

1. Cancellation by Traveler
- •More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- •15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- •7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
- •Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
- •No-show or early departure: No refund
2. Cancellation by Pinnacle Kashmir
- •In case we cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
- •Alternative dates or packages of equivalent value may be offered.
- •We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred by travelers due to cancellation.
3. Force Majeure
- •Cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond control will be handled case by case.
- •We will make best efforts to provide alternatives or credits for future travel.
- •Refund decisions in such cases are at the management's discretion.
4. Refund Process
- •Refund requests must be made in writing via email to refunds@pinnaclekashmir.com.
- •Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days.
- •Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- •Bank processing charges, if any, will be borne by the traveler.
5. Hotel & Activity Cancellations
- •Hotel-only bookings follow the respective hotel's cancellation policy.
- •Activity bookings (gondola, skiing, etc.) are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
- •Partial refunds may be available for unused services at management's discretion.
